Our Store Comes First
At Trigon Games, the shop has always been at the heart of everything we do.
What started as a passion for trading cards and gaming has grown into a real community space where people can meet, trade, play and enjoy the hobby together.
As we continue to grow, we’ve made the decision to prioritise our physical store location first when it comes to products, events and new stock.
Why We’re Focusing on the Physical Store
Over the last few months we’ve seen how important the in-store experience really is. There’s something special about being able to browse products in person, open packs with friends, trade cards across the table and be part of a genuine hobby community.
By prioritising our physical location, we can:
- Create a better in-store experience
- Keep shelves stocked for local customers
- Offer more exclusive products and promotions in person
- Support our growing Pokémon Play and gaming community
- Continue hosting events, leagues and casual play sessions
- Build a welcoming space for collectors, players and families alike
What This Means For Online Orders
For the time being, our main focus will be the physical store and ensuring we can consistently provide the best possible in-store experience and product availability for our local community.
Because of this, online sales will remain limited until we begin receiving stock levels that comfortably exceed the needs of the shop itself.
Rather than splitting already limited allocations between online and in-store customers, we want to make sure visitors to the store have access to products on the shelves, especially during high-demand releases.
Once supply improves and we’re able to maintain strong stock levels beyond the shop’s capacity, we fully intend to expand our online offerings again.
More Than Just A Store
We don’t want Trigon Games to simply be somewhere people buy cards.
We want it to be somewhere people enjoy spending time.
