Terms and Conditions
“Buyer” means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.
“Goods” means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.
“Delivery” means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.
“Consumer” has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Trigon Games reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.
Trigon Games works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay, alteration or cancellation.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is not always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mistake.
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. Delivery times can vary depending on the amount of orders being processed. Trigon Games is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and any estimated delivery times displayed are only as an indication.
Trigon Games will deliver to the delivery address provided by you the consumer, either directly for orders placed by credit card, debit card, or provided by PayPal when checking out using PayPal. Trigon Games does not assume responsibility for goods that do not reach their desired destination. If packages sent by an Express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by Trigon Games may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.
If you have requests/requirements for delivery such as but not limited to ‘safe areas’ or ‘deliver to neighbour’ please add these to the notes when ordering. After tracking is provided Trigon Games can not be held responsible for the loss of parcels due to the circumstances mentioned here
If you have not provided any details referring to the last statement Trigon Games will not be held responsible for any ‘Missing’ ‘Lost’ or ‘Damaged’ items upon delivery confirmation from the chosen carrier
PayPal – Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Apple Pay – Payment is taken in full when you complete your order. This is available on Apple devices.
Credit/Debit Cards – Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund less any imposed charges made by the payment processing companies. If your order is in processing, it is already in the process of being picked and packed, we may not be able to get to it in time. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to email details of your return and await our response. This does not affect any rights you have; it’s a process we follow.
Trigon Games reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.
Trigon Games does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Trigon Games will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
We are happy to refund any product returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in its original packing. Kindly contact our customer service team who will deal with this.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or you receive an incorrect item kindly contact our customer service team who will deal with this.
Please note that any postage incurred in delivering items to the customer or returning the items to us will not be refunded. Refunds will be made less any payment processing fee.
In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, please contact us and our experienced customer service team will sort it out for you immediately.
We do not accept any returns due to cosmetically damaged items, this includes but is not limited to small dents or tears in the cellophane / small dents in tins.
Pre orders are subject to cencelleation without prior communication or consent
In the unlikely event that the items are allocated at distribution level Trigon Games reserve the right to cancel any order that will not be fulfilled
Pre orders will require payment within 3 calender days of the order changing into ‘Pending payment’/’Active’ order process, any orders that pass this timeframe will be cancelled and not fulfilled
Any products that are ordered in combination with a pre order item will be shipped in a single shpment and cannot be split
